- Nasceu no Porto em 1945. É licenciado em Arquitectura pela E.S.B.A.P. Dedica-se à Fotografia e à investigação da sua história desde 1970. Faz parte do Grupo IF Ideia e Forma desde 1977. Foi um dos fundadores da Galeria Imago Lucis, no Porto. Participou em numerosas exposições tanto em Portugal como no estrangeiro. Vive e trabalha no Porto. ******************************* Born in Oporto, in 1945. Graduated with a professional degree in Architecture from Oporto’s Higher School of Fine Arts (E.S.B.A.P). Since 1970, has been devoted to two major subject areas: Photography and research on its History. Member of the IF Ideia e Forma Group, since 1977. One of the founders of Oporto’s Lucis Imago Art Gallery. Participation in numerous individual and collective exhibitions, held either in Portugal or outside the country. Living and working in Oporto.

ResponderEliminarEu tambem tengo uma foto tirada da Leopoldo Cirne em Porto do meu bisa Pasi Giuseppe no 1875 (mais o meno) que tem o mesmo cartao na trase da foto.

I have a copy (soft copy) of a photograph of the young Rafael Sabatini (1875-1950) who lived in Porto between 1882 and 1887 - unless he went to Coimbra before that.
ResponderEliminarI found this blog by searching the 'Net for the studio Leopoldo Cirne. Is there any way the photograph can be dated, I wonder? And any fragment of news about Rafael Sabatini in Porto - school, ideally - would be received with enormous gratitude.
I go try to find "Rafael Sabatini", but just today I never told anyone to speack about this name.
